Minimising Impact on Client Activities

From our considerable experience of working on both occupied and unoccupied Client sites, we appreciate the manner in which installations are carried out, the attitude of our operatives, their politeness and care shown is equally as important as the quality of the final product. We will minimise any impact on Client activities by strict control of the following:
  • We will continually listen to you, our Customer. Encouraging an open environment where we listen thoroughly and communicate fully, imparting information clearly and concisely
  • Working seamlessly with your team from start to finish we believe in combining our winning blend of versatility and consistency with impeccable experience to ensure that all your needs and objectives are met
  • Complete the project on or before the agreed completion date
  • Complete operation and maintenance manuals and record drawings, approved and issued prior to completion date
  • Final account agreed at completion date
  • We believe that the answer to any successful partnership is regular, honest and open communication with all stakeholders, promoting good relationships and levels of co-operation
  • Working together to solve challenges and exceed expectations – with good humour, friendship and a ‘can do’ attitude, providing specific, accurate, consistent information within agreed timescales
  • Whatever the desired outcome, there can be no substitute for a versatile, flexible, discreet and experienced partner that places crucial services at the heart of any Client relationship. This combined with a culture of quality and innovation, allows us to deliver a first class service, offering best value, cost certainty and lowest risk

Site Cleanliness and the Environment

Rubbish accumulated from our operations will be removed daily at the end of each working shift and placed into skips or storage items provided under the main contract. Site teams will be made responsible for removal and tidying of their own work site. Regular inspections will be executed by project managers.

Noise

Drilling and cutting (ductwork) operations tend to have the worst noise impact. Where practical we will carry out these operations in such a way (by careful timing and location) as to cause least effect. However, the time scale of the project may limit our choice in this area or Client requirements may result in out of hours working.

Damage

We make strenuous efforts to prevent any accidental damage to our Client sites. If, however, any problems occur which are directly attributable to Working Environments Ltd, we undertake to replace or repair immediately, free of charge and free of argument.

Quality

Working Environments Ltd's contract management procedures and documentation are available on request.
