Minimising Impact on Client ActivitiesFrom our considerable experience of working on both occupied and unoccupied Client sites, we appreciate the manner in which installations are carried out, the attitude of our operatives, their politeness and care shown is equally as important as the quality of the final product. We will minimise any impact on Client activities by strict control of the following:
Site Cleanliness and the EnvironmentRubbish accumulated from our operations will be removed daily at the end of each working shift and placed into skips or storage items provided under the main contract. Site teams will be made responsible for removal and tidying of their own work site. Regular inspections will be executed by project managers.NoiseDrilling and cutting (ductwork) operations tend to have the worst noise impact. Where practical we will carry out these operations in such a way (by careful timing and location) as to cause least effect. However, the time scale of the project may limit our choice in this area or Client requirements may result in out of hours working.DamageWe make strenuous efforts to prevent any accidental damage to our Client sites. If, however, any problems occur which are directly attributable to Working Environments Ltd, we undertake to replace or repair immediately, free of charge and free of argument.QualityWorking Environments Ltd's contract management procedures and documentation are available on request.Strong Company working practices ensuring quality assurance with regular site inspections by our Managing Director, Operations Director, mechanical and electrical Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Engineers and Site Managers, building a strong personal pride for all operatives in their own work and the work of others |
