Board of Directors
Responsibility for the financial management of the Company lies with the Group Chairman G W Hann,
our Managing Director L M Pickering, Operations Director L McCathie and G B Walker, our Financial Director.
The Board structure of the Company is completed by Technical, Commercial, Sales, and Divisional Directors.
Operational Teams
The daily activities of the Company are managed by a number of operational teams which primarily consist
of contracts, estimating, commercial, business development, design and build, purchasing and accounts.
Administration is from Southampton head office.
Our fully computerised estimating department provides a totally costed firm offer, based on pre-designed
information or a design brief. Our estimators have the experience to offer a competitive design/estimating
package to suit your requirements. Many of our Clients find our additional service of preparing budget
costs, based on minimum information, of great assistance when handling feasibility studies.
Managers
Our project managers and contract engineers have the time, experience and responsibility to ensure that
each project is executed professionally, efficiently and completed on time.
Each manager co-ordinates the various elements of the project with a member of each Company department,
as back-up. Regular meetings are held in-house and on-site to ensure full co-ordination between all
departments and site.
Our policy is not merely to be a sub-contractor, but a member of a "team" whose aim is to complete a project
on time with the minimum of fuss.
The management team continually ensure that the highest standards are maintained and promote ways in which we can increase our efficiency and service.
